Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,
Osmetech is required to notify the market of the following:
Osmetech's issued ordinary share capital as at 31 January 2008 consists of
203,083,306 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each, with voting
rights. Osmetech does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Osmetech is 203,083,306. The
above shares in issue of 203,083,306 shares may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Osmetech
under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
