Torotrak (LSE: TRK), a leading developer and supplier of emissions reduction and fuel efficiency technology for vehicles, announces that following approval of the Proposals by Shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held on 22 July 2015, Jonathan Hilton has today stepped down from his role as an Executive Director and assumed his role as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company. In addition, Mr Hilton will act as a consultant to the Company working on specific business development projects as agreed with Adam Robson, the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

Jon Hilton said: "I am looking forward to working with Adam to identify and develop new opportunities for the Group's technologies and continuing to represent Torotrak on industry forums such as the Automotive Council."
