Deferred Bonus Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") Award

The Company announces that the Board declared that the performance criteria attached to the award of matching shares made under the Plan to Executive Directors of the Company, other persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and employees as part of their bonus for the year ended September 2012 have been satisfied. As a result the matching share award has vested.

Under rules of the Plan to Executive Directors of the Company, other persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and employees became entitled to deal with the Deferred Award

Details of the number of shares vesting in the Executive Directors and PDMR's are set out below:-

Matthew Williams will now hold 714,817 Ordinary Shares representing 0.37% of the issued share capital of the Company. As a result the combined holding of Matthew Williams and Lucia Williams, spouse of Matthew Williams and a connected person, is 747,817 Ordinary Shares representing 0.39% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Rob Parker will now hold 243,818 Ordinary Shares representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
