basement) Why: The $10 million, 13,000 square foot ASC will
increase capacity to treat children, reduce surgery wait times to
provide better access, better care; 2 operating rooms, 6 pre-and
post-surgical suites Who:
This is a free event open to the public.

How: The center is funded by a capital campaign. To date $6
million has been raised. This is the first Ambulatory Surgery
Center in the City of Los Angeles to follow City permitting process
rather than State (OSHPD) or Federal
