(AMEX:TSC) (the "Company") announced today that on August 18, 2005, the Company entered into a License Agreement (the "Agreement") with Simply Organic, Inc. for the exclusive rights to manufacture, market and distribute the SIMPLY ORGANIC(R) line of personal care and wellness products to retail and certain professional channels of distribution in the Western Hemisphere.
The formulas in SIMPLY ORGANIC(R) hair care and skincare products substitute, whenever possible, high-quality organic ingredients for synthetic chemicals to give consumers a choice when it comes to the health of their hair and skin. Utilizing olive leaf extract and other natural anti-viral, anti- bacterial, moisturizing and emulsifying ingredients, SIMPLY ORGANIC(R) products are currently sold in upscale salons and spas as a "wellness" alternative to mainstream beauty products.
The addition of SIMPLY ORGANIC(R) to its already fine collection of trademarked personal care products is the latest in a series of recent acquisitions/licensing agreements consummated by the Company.
