SALTILLO, Mexico, May 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- As the world's
largest manufacturer of micro-channel heat exchangers, Sanhua MCHE has followed the unprecedented trend of manufacturing
migration in North America
by making decisive
investments in Mexico
in Q4 of 2014 to further
improve its global manufacturing layout.
On April 11, 2015, the first 60
micro-channel condensers came off the assembly line and were packaged at Sanhua Mexico, representing the
success of the first production in
a Mexican factory and a total monthly capacity of
13,000 units of micro-channel heat exchangers.
Thanks to the great support of Chairman Zhang and the top
management from Sanhua Holding group, the project was able
to launch in March 2014
and factory construction was soon
done by September 2014. In
December 2014 the first employees
finished their training at
R-Squared Puckett Inc., USA.
Once the main equipment was ready, the installations to the factory immediately
started from February 2015. In order
to provide expertise to the
installation and commissioning process, Sanhua technical engineers,
production leaders and suppliers worked
tirelessly to complete the installation one week ahead
of the original schedule to ensure that trial production ran smoothly.
The equipment for the second phase will be ready by September 2015 and by then Sanhua Mexico will be
capable of producing both micro-channel condensers and evaporators
with an eventual annual production capacity of 300,000 units of micro-channel heat
exchangers.
The successful set-up of Sanhua MCHE Mexico Factory will
be a great enhancement to
its global manufacturing footprint.
In March 2015, the second
production line of R-Squared factory in the United States achieved full
operation, reaching annual capacity
of 350,000 units of MCHE. The
global production capacity of Sanhua MCHE has exceeded 2 million
and achieves the overall layout of capacity configuration in
North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
'Striving for perfection and
pursuit of excellence' is the core
of Sanhua's culture and in order to improve production
management efficiency, Sanhua has fast-tracked the set-up of its IT department to implement the MES and SAP systems to the benefit of customers like GE during
the auditing of
their Hangzhou factory this year.
Sanhua MCHE is committed to
optimizing energy efficiency
and providing system solutions with high quality products and services. With customer and market
orientation always a key focus and under the leadership
of General Manager Jeb Ni,
Sanhua is firmly speeding up its overseas investment in order to
better serve its
customers.
