announced a second quarter 2016 cash dividend of 15.5 cents ($0.15
½) per share payable April 22, 2016,
to shareholders of record on April 1,
2016.
This is The Andersons' 78th consecutive quarterly cash dividend
since its listing on the Nasdaq on February
20, 1996. There are approximately 28.1 million common
outstanding shares.
