ADG Signs Business Development Agreement with Spear International, Ltd.
VIENNA, Va., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Allied Defense Group, Inc. (AMEX:ADG), announces that it has entered into an agreement with Spear International, Ltd. (Spear), an international security consultancy group, for the sale of electronic security equipment in the Middle East.
Under the terms of the agreement, Spear will leverage its sales infrastructure to market ADG's electronic security products in Middle Eastern markets, helping the Company to expand its global footprint. By joining this alliance of security specialists, ADG will establish sales channels, routes to market, distribution and sales outlets that will enable the growth of business in targeted regions of the Middle East.
