Tertiary Minerals plc, the AIM traded company building a strategic position in the fluorspar sector, is pleased to announce that the Annual Report for the year ending 30 September 2015, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), is now available for download on the Company's website www.tertiaryminerals.com and will be posted to shareholders on 12 January 2016.

The AGM will be held on Thursday 18 February 2016 at 2.30 p.m. at Arundel House, 13-15 Arundel Street, Temple Place, London WC2R 3DX.
