Deferred Bonus Shares

Telecity Group PLC ("TelecityGroup" or the "Company") announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Eric Hageman, was yesterday granted 5,225 Deferred Bonus Shares over ordinary shares of GBP0.002 each in the Company ("Shares"),relating to a performance related annual bonus earned for 2014, under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Bonus Plan") as follows:-

The number of Deferred Bonus Shares granted is equivalent to the relevant amount of annual bonus earned calculated on the basis of the average price of the Company's Shares for the five trading days prior to the date of grant. Subject to the rules of the Bonus Plan, these Deferred Bonus Shares vest two years from the date the Company's announcement of preliminary results issued on 11 February 2015.
