LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Tecteon PLC said it has terminated talks with
Qstik and Clement Clarke International, as it was not satisfied that relevant
due diligence information was being provided.
The company said it is taking steps to recover the money that it believes it
is due from Clement Clarke.
Tecteon also said it has started talks with parties unconnected with Qstik
and Clement Clark, relating to potential investments in a number of technology
businesses.
