NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - TechTeam Global Inc. said late Thursday Chief
Financial Officer Marc Lichtman plans to leave the company and a search for his
successor has begun.
Lichtman will remain with TechTeam until the earlier of the completion of
the company's search for a replacement or Aug. 15, the company said.
Southfield, Mich.-based TechTeam is a provider of information technology,
enterprise support and business process outsourcing services.
The stock closed the regular session at $10.27.
