Chris Donohue has joined as Vice President of Strategy, Marketing and Product Development, and Ernst Vogtle has joined as Vice President of Operations for the EMEA region.
Mr. Donohue will have global responsibilities for strategy formulation, offer portfolio management, product development, product and brand marketing, industry analyst relations and corporate communications. He brings 19 years of experience and a strong record of success. Prior to joining TechTeam, he was a key member of the leadership team that established and grew Dell's Managed Services business. Prior to joining Dell, Mr. Donohue spent thirteen years at NCR in a variety of leadership roles including sales, account management, marketing and strategic planning. Mr. Donohue has also led a services organization focused on government markets. He earned his BSBA and MBA from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Vogtle will be responsible for delivering quality services to the company's European customers. He has 25 years of experience in information technology services with a strong track record of developing and growing managed services and outsourcing businesses. Prior to joining TechTeam, Mr. Vogtle was Service Director for Dimension Data. He also served as Country Manager of Global Infrastructure Services for Unisys Germany from 1999 to 2004. Prior to Unisys, Mr. Vogtle had a successful career in the Mitsubishi Group from 1984 to 1999. Mr. Vogtle is also a certified EOQ (European Organization of Quality) quality auditor.
