LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Tanzania Gold PLC confirmed that it is in
advanced discussions regarding an acquisition and a related fundraising through
an offer for subscription at 75 pence per share.
The company made the announcement in response to the recent rise in its
share price.
At 11.12 am, the shares were up more than 7 pct at 86.50 pence.
