LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Tandem Group PLC. said it has obtained the
confirmation of the High Court of Justice to cancel its share premium account
with effect from Monday.
The sports equipment manufacturer has said that the cancellation will enable
it to pay a dividend or purchase its own shares in the future.
