LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Tandem Group PLC said finance director Mervyn
Keene bought 248,489 shares in the company at 14 pence a share, lifting his
stake in the company to 825,000 or about 2.2 pct.
Separately, the company said commercial director Stephen Grant bought
233,982 shares in the company at 14 pence a share, lifting his stake to 300,000
shares or about 0.8 pct.
