NOTICE OF DISMISSAL OF TAMPA COMPLAINT
xG ("the Company" or "xG") is pleased to announce that it has received a notice of
dismissal of the Complaint filed against the Company
on 25 January 2007, notified via a press release on 9 February 2007. The Plaintiff has
voluntarily dismissed all of its claims against the
Company, without prejudice.
