LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Talent Group Plc. said deputy chairman John
Kaye Cooper sold 2.99 million shares, or 18.46 percent, in the company, cutting
his stake to 810,514 shares, equivalent to 5 percent of the company's issued
share capital.
The company said chairman Terry Bate bought 1 million shares at 5 pence
each, raising his stake in the company to 4.03 million shares, or 24.83 percent.
The television production company also said managing director Tony Humphreys
bought 191,990 shares at the same price and now holds 2.73 million shares, or a
16.82 percent in Talent.
