LONDON (AFX) - Talarius PLC said that trading in its shares will be
suspended at 7.00 a.m. on Jan 30 ahead of the second court hearing, scheduled
for Jan 31, to confirm the company's capital reduction.
Subject to the court's approval and the scheme becoming effective, the
company said its shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM on Feb 1.
