Dotmatics' new offices in Tokyo and direct presence in Japan signals company's key growth strategy in
Asia Pacific
Dotmatics, a leading provider of scientific informatics
solutions and services, announced today the extension of operations
to Tokyo, Japan. The new direct
presence will be led by Takashi
Fukuyama, who joins the company after more than fifteen
years at MDL and then Accelrys (now BIOVIA, Dassault Systèmes).
Dotmatics will also maintain a relationship with Infocom, the
current distributor of Dotmatics' informatics solutions in
Japan. The new Japanese office
opened on April 1st, 2015, located in
Shibashi Tokyu Bld 3F. Japanese operations will be launched with
two free Open Seminars for the scientific informatics community on
the 13th May at the Tokyo Conference Center Shinagawa
and on the 15th May at the Hyatt Regency Osaka.
Dotmatics develops and commercialises data and knowledge
management solutions as well as big data visualisation and analysis
tools for scientific R&D for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology,
Chemical, Agrochemical, Oil & Gas, Food & Drink and
