(Updates to add details on OEM agreement with Proxy Networks)
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Tadpole Technology PLC said it has, through its
unit Endeavors Technologies Ltd, signed a two-year software as a service (SaaS)
agreement with MiVISP, a UK supplier of managed services and content.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Separately, Tadpole said Endeavors has also concluded a worldwide OEM
agreement with US-based remote control and remote management software company
Proxy Networks Inc.
The precise terms, conditions and financial details were not disclosed,
although the agreement allows Proxy access to and distribution rights for the
Endeavors-developed software, Application Jukebox.
The agreement is Endeavors' third OEM license and first for Application
Jukebox, its next generation application streaming product set.
