TV One Announces Yearend 2004 System Launches That Add More Than
One Million New Subscribers
New System Launches Include the Cities of Los Angeles, New Orleans and
Indianapolis
SILVER SPRING, Md., Dec. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- TV One today announced launch
agreements that will bring the new network for African American adults more
than one million new subscribers by yearend 2004.
TV One launched earlier this month on Comcast cable systems in Los Angeles;
Little Rock, AR; and Southeast Michigan, including Southfield, Ann Arbor and
Detroit Metro area. TV One also launched December 15 on Cox Communications'
cable systems in Fairfax County and Fredericksburg, VA.
In addition, the network will launch on Comcast systems in Indianapolis;
Muncie, IN; and Augusta, GA by the end of the year. TV One is also scheduled
to launch by December 31 on Cox Communications' cable systems in New Orleans;
Baton Rouge, LA; and Roanoke, VA.
