Among the First Advertising Agencies to Deliver
1-1 Interactive Personalized Video
Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:PBI) today announced that TRACK, the
collaborative digital marketing network dedicated to CRM, Customer
Loyalty and Data, has entered into an agreement with Pitney Bowes
to license technologies that will drive the digital transformation
of its customer engagement services. The marketing network will
implement two-way multichannel interactive campaigns, including 1-1
interactive personalized video, to maximize customer engagement for
global brands.
According to a report from Cisco, video will account for 80
percent of web traffic by 2019. And, Axonn reports that 70 percent
of customers view brands more positively after watching interesting
video content. Aligned to this growing trend and market
opportunity, Pitney Bowes assists clients across a variety of
industries to create real-time video experiences that deepen
customer relationships.
“This is the future of marketing. Compelling digital content
that gathers intelligence from the customer helps us create
relevant campaigns that maximize customer engagement,” said María
Alejandra Mora, Head of TRACK Colombia. “With the digital
transformation of our marketing services, global brands will deploy
relevant campaigns that deliver measurable results quickly and ROI.
We look forward to leading the way with these customer engagement
technologies from Pitney Bowes.”
“Global brands are competing in both the physical and digital
worlds of commerce. TRACK is among the first advertising agencies
with personalized interactive video capabilities,” said Greg Van
den Heuvel, Chief Operations Officer of Software Solutions for
Pitney Bowes.
TRACK will leverage Pitney Bowes Portrait Dialogue and EngageOne
Video solutions to craft two-way multichannel campaigns that
convert leads into sales, and move customers to the next relevant
touchpoint in their brand experience. They will do this by
transforming each of their clients’ marketing campaigns into a
multichannel interactive customer experience that targets
high-value customers and prospects, communicates through each
customer’s preferred channel and device, delivers customer
responses and requests into existing intelligence platforms, and
applies each response to create the best next communication.
The Pitney Bowes Portrait Dialogue solution is a customer
interaction solution that converts disparate customer interactions
into a connected two-way dialogue, across all channels, for greater
customer engagement. EngageOne Video acts as both a customer
service and sales and marketing resource, while empowering viewers
to create their own experiences through self-selection of topics
and actions relevant to that individual’s needs. Available around
the clock for the always-on customer, EngageOne Video is developed
for the individual consumer and can be accessed through any device
they choose.
