MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Telecom Italia SpA has received three
non-binding offers for its French unit Alice France and the sale of the unit,
valued at some 800-900 mln eur, should be concluded by July, according to an
un-sourced report in Saturday's Il Sole 24 Ore daily.
