Swiss Re's CFO David Cole to Step Down in 2018

Swiss Re AG (SREN.EB) said Friday that Chief Financial Officer
David Cole will step down on March 31, 2018, and that he will be
replaced by John Dacey, who is currently group chief strategy
officer.
Mr. Cole joined Swiss Re in 2010 and has served as CFO since May
2014. Mr. Dacey joined the company in 2012 after serving as AXA
SA's (CS.FR) regional CEO and group vice chairman for
Asia-Pacific.
The company also said that it proposes nominating Karen Gavan,
Eileen Rominger and Larry Zimpleman to join its board of directors
at the next annual general meeting.
