Swagelok Company announced today that it has acquired the assets of
Plant Support and Evaluations Inc. (PSE), a Naples, Florida-based
training firm specializing in the evaluation of steam, condensate, and
compressed air systems. The company will provide its services under the
name Swagelok Energy Advisors, Inc. and its headquarters will relocate
to Solon. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

programs focused on strengthening in-plant fluid system assessments. The
