Suspension of Trading in Shares
On 7 October 2009 Braemore announced that its shareholders had approved the
proposal for the acquisition by Jubilee Platinum plc of the whole of the issued
and to be issued ordinary share capital of Braemore to be implemented by way of
scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the 'Scheme').
The shares in Braemore have been suspended from trading today on AIM pending the
Court hearing being held today to sanction the Scheme. The shares will continue
to trade on the JSE Limited but it is anticipated that their listing on the JSE
Limited will terminate with effect from the commencement of business on Monday,
2 November 2009 should all the Conditions to the Scheme be satisfied.
