OSLO (Thomson Financial) - Subsea 7 Inc said it has acquired the 'Skandi
Navica' pipelay and construction vessel for $62 million.
The nine-year old vessel, which will be renamed 'Seven Navica', has been
under charter to Subsea 7 for the last eight years.
