LONDON (Thomson Financial) - SubSea Resources Plc., which appointed
administrators in April after failing to secure sufficient financing to meet its
needs, said it has completed the sale of the assets of its units Comex Deep Sea
Salvage Ltd. and M.O.S. Global Ltd. to Global Marine Systems Ltd.
The marine services company said the administrators do not expect to realise
any further significant amounts from the assets in the SubSea group, and also do
not expect the shareholders of SubSea to receive any payment from the sale of
the assets.
