Storm Cat Energy Executives to Ring Opening Bell on American Stock Exchange

CALGARY, Alberta and DENVER, Oct. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Storm Cat Energy Corporation (AMEX:SCU)(TSE:SME) today announced that Scott Zimmerman, President and Chief Executive Officer will perform the honorary ringing of the opening bell on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) on Monday, October 24, 2005. Also representing Storm Cat Energy Corporation will be Paul Wiesner, Chief Financial Officer, Keith Knapstad, Vice President, and Barbara Zimmerman, Director of Land. Storm Cat began trading on the 84-year-old AMEX under the trading symbol "SCU" on October 3, 2005.
