DRAPER, Utah, Aug. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Global backup
and disaster recovery solution provider StorageCraft® Technology
Corporation has been named to Utah Business magazine's 2015
Fast 50 list. StorageCraft's spot at No. 8 marks the fifth
consecutive year the company has been honored as one of the state's
fastest growing companies. It is also the second straight year and
the third in the last five in which StorageCraft ranked in the top
10.
The honor comes in a year in which StorageCraft's success has
been exemplified with the opening of a new 125,000-square-foot
corporate headquarters facility in Draper, a new office in Tokyo and expansion of its international
headquarters staff in Cork,
Ireland. StorageCraft also launched the next-generation
versions of its award-winning StorageCraft ShadowProtect® software
and StorageCraft Cloud Services.
"Since our founding in Utah in
2003, StorageCraft has grown into a global leader in the backup and
disaster recovery industry. This success is due to the efforts of
our talented employees, strong relationships with our outstanding
partners and our fast and reliable products," said Jeff Shreeve, StorageCraft president and chief
executive officer. "One aspect that makes being a member of the
Fast 50 list special is that Utah
is home to a rapidly growing technology sector."
In 2014, StorageCraft was ranked sixth, and the company placed
16th in 2013 on the prestigious list. StorageCraft was No. 10 in
2012 and No. 22 in 2011. The Utah Business 2015 Fast 50 list
was calculated based on a combination of revenue growth and total
revenue.
Throughout the years, StorageCraft products have been recognized
by analysts, partners and customers for their speed and
reliability. Earlier this year, the company received its
third-consecutive 5-Star rating in the CRN Partner Program
Guide, an annual directory that is the definitive listing of
technology vendors that service solution providers or provide
products through the IT channel. Also this year, StorageCraft was
named one of the 100 Coolest Cloud Vendors by CRN, and
StorageCraft earned the Best Channel Vendor award in the Business
Continuity and Backup and Disaster Recovery category from
Business Solutions magazine readers.
Today, StorageCraft products are being used in more than a
million computer systems and servers, with sales taking place on
six continents.
