HELSINKI (Thomson Financial) - Stockmann Oyj said the International
Commercial Arbitration Court of Moscow (ICAC) has confirmed that Stockmann has
the right to extend its lease agreement in the Smolensky Passage Shopping Centre
in Moscow.
The Finnish retail group entered into a dispute with the lessors over an
option in the leasing contract that gives it the right to extend the leasing
agreement for another 10 years till 2018, but the lessors denied the existence
of the option.
