Station Casinos, Inc. (the “Company”)
has postponed its previously scheduled fourth quarter earnings release.
The Company’s auditors have not yet completed
their audit of the financial statements due to the complexity of
accounting related to the merger consummated on November 7, 2007. The
Company will announce its fourth quarter results via press release
following the filing of its annual report on Form 10-K, which will be no
later than March 14, 2008. There will not be a conference call related
to the press release.
