Explanation of Responses:
(1)  This stock was originally purchased by an entity Mr. Ketner controls during 1st quarter 2017 from a private shareholder for a total of $60,000 in cash, and issued to Mr. Ron Barranco. Mr. Barranco returned the stock to KTNR, Inc. because he is no longer with the company and did not pay for the stock.
(2)  At the time of this filing, Mr. Ketner, or an entity under his control currently owns 6,750,000 Preferred Series A stock, 3,000,000 Preferred Series B stock, and 35,000 shares of common stock.
