NEW YORK, May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ Standard & Poor's will make the following changes to the S&P SmallCap 600 index: * Texas Roadhouse Inc. (NASDAQ:TXRH) will replace Global Imaging Systems
Inc. (NASDAQ:GISX) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading
on Tuesday, May 8. Global Imaging Systems is being acquired by S&P 100
& 500 constituent Xerox Corp. (NYSE:XRX) in a deal expected to close on
or about that date.
* Res-Care Inc. (NASDAQ:RSCR) will replace Dendrite International Inc. (NASDAQ:DRTE) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on a
date to be announced. Dendrite is being acquired by Cegedim S.A. in a
deal still pending final approvals.

Texas Roadhouse operates a full-service, casual dining restaurant chain in the United States. Headquartered in Louisville, KY, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Restaurants Sub-Industry index.
Res-Care provides residential, therapeutic, job training, and educational support services for people with disabilities and special needs. Headquartered in Louisville, KY, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS Health Care Services Sub-Industry index.
