Standard Life plc
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for a Block Listing of 800,000 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in Standard Life plc ('the Company') to
trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the
Official List.
The Block Listing consists of 800,000 shares under the Standard
Life Investments Long Term Incentive Plan.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00am on 30
January 2015.
When issued, these shares will rank equally with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company.
