NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Speedway Motorsports Inc. said it will buy
Kentucky Speedway for an undisclosed amount.
The deal for the Kentucky Speedway LLC property is expected to close in the
third quarter of 2008.
Speedway Motorsports' shares were were up 0.9% at $26.29.
