Expert to Discuss Federal Security Standards and Practical Applications of Biometric Authentication

presentation entitled "Biometrics - A Key Component of Federal

Standard (FIPS) 201, also know as Personal Identity Verification
(PIV) of federal employees and contractors as well as describe
practical uses for biometric authentication in a PIV context. He
will also present several approaches for biometric implementation
of PIV that extend beyond the requirements of FIPS 201.
