Cloud-based solution Three Analyst powered by Soft-ex delivers Three customers completevisibility and management of unified telecom costs

WidePoint Corporation (NYSE Mkt: WYY), a leading provider of Managed Mobility Services (MMS) specializing in Cybersecurity and Telecommunications Lifecycle Management (TLM) solutions, announced today that its subsidiary Soft-ex Communications, and its client Three Ireland have launched Three Analyst, an innovative solution delivering Three enterprise customers complete visibility and management of unified telecom costs.

Three Analyst is an online bill presentment and analytics solution which gives complete visibility of all communication costs by consolidating bill reporting for mobile, fixed, and PBX via an easy-to-navigate portal. Enterprise customers can view all their bills in one place, wherever, whenever they need to. Clients can easily identify savings from Three versus other carriers and centralized visibility reduces administration costs and utilizes resources more effectively, while the policy management module enables non-business related calls to be identified.

Ian Sparling, chief executive officer at Soft-ex, commented: "We are delighted to be working with Three and providing them with a value-added service for their enterprise customers. By consolidating billing systems via passive integration, we facilitate internal efficiencies for the CSP on eBilling and Customer Care. Equally, we provide Three's customers with complete visibility via one bill for mobile, fixed line, and broadband, so that clients can easily identify savings and optimize their telecoms infrastructure and performance. We are also delighted to be in a position to provide Three with subscriber data intelligence on key accounts, so that they better understand the needs of their customers, and this further strengthens the customer experience."

Commenting for Three, Eóin MacManus, business director, said: "This innovative solution from Soft-ex is viewed by Three as a core value-added service and competitive differentiator for customer retention and new business acquisition. Soft-ex offers an integral element in allowing us to provide an enhanced customer experience while at the same time reacting proactively to the business needs of our enterprise customers."

Steve Komar, chief executive officer & chairman of WidePoint Corporation, stated: "Soft-ex has brought to WidePoint a strong footprint in the Communication Service Provider space.
