NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Silverleaf Resorts Inc. Monday named Robert
Sinnott chief financial officer, effective Feb. 4.
Sinnott was previously the vice president of finance for Ashford Hospitality
Trust Inc. He also worked as Silverleaf's director of finance from 1998 to 2003.
Sinnott succeeds Harry White, who will remain the company's chief accounting
officer through May 8, at which time he will retire.
Shares of Silverleaf, a Dallas-based operator of timeshare resorts, closed
Friday at $3.84.
