announces that Neil Craven, a non-executive
Director sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares on 29 September at a share price of 4.5p to J.Gordon
Enterprises Ltd. Neil Craven's holding has
reduced to 4,209,230 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.5 per cent of the Company's
issued share capital.
J.Gordon Enterprises Ltd now owns 3,746,000 Ordinary Shares of which 3,246,000 were
acquired from Gordon Nelson Gaming Inc. This
represents 4 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
