Grant of Options
ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), ("ImmuPharma" or the "Company"), the specialist drug
discovery and development company, granted today share options to certain of its
employees and Directors. The Company has adopted a HM Revenue & Customs
approved share ownership plan (CSOP) and an unapproved share option scheme.
The amount of options granted are summarised in the following table:

The share options provide the right to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in the Company at a price of 86.5 pence each, the closing middle market
price on 3 February 2009. The options are exercisable between 3 years and 10
years from the date of grant.
