As previously reported, a Special Committee of the Board of Directors is engaged in an internal review of the Company's stock option practices in light of an informal SEC inquiry and a Federal grand jury subpoena and a restatement of the Company's historical financial statements is pending. The Company will not be in a position to announce additional financial results for the second fiscal quarter until the Special Committee has completed its review and restated historical financial statements have been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
