casual-shoe maker Skechers Inc. reported dismal second-quarter results.
Skechers late Tuesday said second-quarter net income fell 15 percent,
missing expectations, due to costs for a product launch and accelerated
new-store growth.
Shares dropped $6.06, or 21.4 percent, to $22.27.
Here is how some other shoe makers fared on Wednesday.
Nike Inc., down 52 cents to $57.83.
