The Company has today been informed that, as a result of a recent purchase of
3,000,000 shares at 5p Baymont Developments Limited hold 15,500,000 ordinary 1p
shares in the Company, representing 13.96% of the issued share capital on the
basis that there are 111,000,000 shares in issue.
