NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Seattle Genetics Inc. Monday said it intends
to sell 10 million common shares in an underwritten public offering.
The biotechnology company said it will grant the underwriters a 30-day
option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million to cover over-allotments.
J.P. Morgan Securities and UBS Investment Bank have been named co-lead
managers for the offering.
Seattle Genetics shares closed at $11.69 on Friday.
