Scrip dividend shares and person discharging managerial responsibility
shareholding
Following the offering of the scrip dividend in respect of the final dividend
for the year ended 31 March 2009, the Company will be allotting 4,567,807
ordinary shares of 10p each to those shareholders who elected to receive the
scrip dividend. Application for listing will be made next week and the shares
will be allotted on 21 August 2009, the final dividend payment date.
The Company has been notified by Charles Gregson, the Chairman of the Company,
that he has acquired 3,859 ordinary shares in the Company as a result of
electing to receive scrip dividend shares in respect of some of his holding in
the Company for the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2009. Following
this transaction, Charles Gregson has an interest in 217,283 ordinary shares in
the Company.
