Director dealing

The Company has been notified that on 17 July 2017, Mr Richard Gray, Chief Executive Officer of Scotgold, transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company from his personal holding into Depositary Interests to be held in his nominee account with Fiske Plc, investment managers and stockbroker ("the Transfer").

There has been no change in beneficial ownership and the reason for the Transfer is a result of the Company's de-listing from the Australian Stock Exchange in October 2016.

Following completion of the Transfer, Richard Gray will remain beneficially interested in 5,204,240 of the Company's ordinary shares (approximately 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital). He also holds 291,294 options to acquire ordinary shares at an exercise price of GBP0.01, which expire on 30 September 2017.
