Scotgold announces that it received notification on 03 June 2015 that Chris Sangster, a non-executive director on 03 June 2015 transferred 5,052,000 Ordinary Shares into his Self Invested Personal Pension at a price of 0.55p per share. Chris Sangster is the principal beneficiary of this fund and following this transaction his beneficial interest remains the same at 17,150,213 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.5 % of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
