Issue of Series 65 Tranche 4 GBP100,000,000 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 5 May 2020 (XS1690645988) under the EUR35 billion Global Covered Bond Programme of Santander UK plc (the Programme) (to be consolidated, become fungible and form a single Series with the existing Series 65 Tranche 3 GBP125,000,000 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 5 May 2020 (XS1686855724), the Series 65 Tranche 2 GBP375,000,000 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 5 May 2020 (XS1674928780) and the Series 65 Tranche 1 GBP1,000,000,000 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 5 May 2020 issued on 5 May 2017 (XS1607992424)).
